Two apartments of about 30 m² on the first floor of the new building at the Sunrise Sarbinowo resort, 350 m from the beach. A separate bedroom with a double bed, a living room with a sofa bed and kitchenette, a bathroom, air conditioning with heating and a spacious balcony with garden furniture and a view over the neighbourhood. Sleeps 2–4, from PLN 1,000 per week.
Apartments A10 and A11 take up the first floor of the brick building with balconies. You enter from the stairwell on the other side of the building, and the living room opens onto a spacious balcony with garden furniture — the place for breakfast with a view over the resort and the neighbourhood. Inside: a separate bedroom with a double bed, a living room with a navy-blue sofa bed, TV and air conditioning, and a fully equipped kitchenette.
The first floor gives you more privacy and quiet: nobody walks past your windows, and you look down on the playground and the lawn. Brick barbecues, playgrounds and free parking are on the resort grounds; the beach is 350 m away, a 5-minute walk.
The apartment is open all year — air conditioning with a heating mode and a heater in the bathroom. Off season, shorter stays are possible, including Christmas and New Year's Eve.

For couples and families with older children who prefer a balcony with a view to a terrace by the lawn, and for guests who value quiet — on the first floor there is no traffic past the windows.
If you don't want to carry a pushchair up the stairs, or someone in the family struggles with stairs, a ground-floor apartment A9 and A12 or a Standard Plus bungalow will be a better choice.
Price for the whole unit for 7 nights, up to 4 people. In summer, stays run Saturday to Saturday; off season, shorter stays and individual prices are possible.
