Seaside cottages in Sarbinowo: how to choose the right one for your family

A two-storey cottage for up to 8, a single-storey Standard Plus or an apartment? We compare the four unit types at Sunrise Sarbinowo, 350 m from the beach.

When looking for a seaside cottage in Sarbinowo, most families ask themselves the same question: how much space do we really need? At Sunrise we have twelve units of four types, and every one of them has a kitchenette, a bathroom, air conditioning with heating and a terrace or balcony. They differ in size, layout and what you see from the window.

Two-storey cottages D1–D4: about 50 m², for 4–6 people (up to 8 by arrangement)

The biggest option. Downstairs a living room with a sofa bed, a kitchenette and access to the sunny terrace; upstairs two separate bedrooms, each with a double bed and a single bed. Sleeps 6 as standard, up to 8 by prior arrangement — for a family with three children, grandparents with grandchildren or two families holidaying together, each with their own bedroom. The cottage price covers 4 people; each additional person is PLN 20–30 per night. Photos and layout: two-storey cottages D1–D4.

Standard Plus bungalows D5–D8: about 30 m², for 2–4 people, all on one level

Single-storey cottages for 2–4 people: a separate bedroom with a double bed and a living room with a sofa bed. No stairs — something parents of toddlers and older guests appreciate. The terrace faces the sun, and in front of the cottages there is a playground with swings and a slide, plus brick barbecues. For two or four people this is the most comfortable option at this price. Apartments A9–A12: about 30 m², for 2–4 people — ground floor with a terrace or first floor with a balcony

The newest part of the resort, built “in cottage style”. The ground-floor apartments (A9 and A12) have their own sunny terrace with the entrance from it; the first-floor ones (A10 and A11) have a spacious balcony with garden furniture and an entrance from the staircase on the other side of the building. Each has a separate bedroom with a double bed and a living room with a sofa bed; the interiors are more modern: big windows, a green (ground floor) or navy-blue (first floor) sofa, light fittings. What is the same in every unit

  • air conditioning with heating and a bathroom heater — the units can be used all year
  • fully equipped kitchenette: fridge, ceramic hob, microwave, kettle, pots, tableware
  • bathroom with shower
  • terrace or balcony with lounge furniture
  • beach kit: 2 sun loungers and a windbreak
  • iron, hairdryer, clothes drying rack
  • free Wi-Fi and parking, brick barbecues in front of the cottages
  • 350 m to the beach (5 minutes), playground in sight

And the price?

Prices are the same for all types — from PLN 1,000 per week in May and September to PLN 3,500 in peak season (2026 prices). So the choice comes down to the number of people and whether you prefer stairs and two bedrooms, or one level and a bigger terrace. Check availability and see which unit is free in your week.
